Permacane®

Permacane® has superior physical strength and is resistant to bending and shearing stresses even with sharp curvatures unlike wood, bamboo or traditional rattan. It is lighter than wood and can have metal or other material as its core base. It is also weather and temperature resistant as each laminated layer creates a seal impervious to water, is resistant to sudden changes in weather and temperature conditions, does not rot or is susceptible to woodborers unlike wood and is resistant to scratches and de-lamination when treated with polyurethane coating.

A cost-efficient solution as it utilizes 97% of rattan poles and is simple to install with minimal labor requirements when prefabricated and can be repaired seamlessly and quietly on-site.
